In this role, she leads a team of three (3) staff who support more than 130 employees globally, including: employees based throughout the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Japan and Canada. Cynthia is also responsible for supporting the company’s Board of Directors, by managing the collection, compilation and distribution of meeting minutes, scheduling programs and maintaining the Board’s calendar of events. Cynthia joined Covario at launch, in 2006. She spent the past four years building a best-in-class HR organization that delivers value and respect to all Covario employees, while driving business results and growth. Previously, Cynthia held positions in both operations and human resource in the consulting and manufacturing industries, as well as with the U.S. Department of Defense. She holds the California Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is currently enrolled in a dual BS / MBA program from Park University. |
Cynthia Baker is responsible for Covario’s Human Resources Operations – including staff recruitment, health and educational benefits, stock and equity distribution, employee satisfaction, and staff and leadership training.
